Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Acceptance, curiosity, and empathic inquiry are the cornerstones of talk therapy. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can meet and discuss your needs and goals, and to see if you think we are a good fit.

Individual therapy- $140 / 50 minute session

Couples/ Families $160 / 50 minute session, $200/ 75 minute session

Sliding scale may be available- please inquire  

End-of-life Doula Support

Navigating the existential and practical challenges of end-of-life care can be overwhelming. A doula’s role is to support you and your family in decision-making, organizing care, and planning/ shaping rituals and events.

Hourly or flat rates available- please inquire

Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic experiences can bring forward insights, sensations, and feelings that require holding and processing. Perhaps you had a challenging experience, or want to know how you can bring the insights of your journey into your day-to-day life. Psychedelic integration can support you in shaping your path forward.

Individual sessions- $140 Package of 5 sessions- $600

  • I offer appointments over Zoom, on the phone, or in-person on Thursdays. My office is located near Yonge and Wellesley, a short walk from Wellesley subway station.

  • Currently, I am accepting new clients without a waitlist.

  • Your sessions may be fully or partially covered by your insurance plan, depending on the plan. Check with your provider to see if and how psychotherapy is covered.

  • Psychotherapy can be effective in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational challenges, OCD, low-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, and existential concerns. Psychotherapy is also a powerful tool for personal growth and coping with the day-to-day stressors of life.

  • Psychedelic therapy and psychedelic integration are therapy models that are currently receiving a great deal of interest.
